My Qualifications:
*Former City of Kenosha Building Inspector
* Member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home
Inspectors (NACHI)
* Pass the NACHI, National Home Inspector Exam once a year
*Obtained UW-Platteville Bachelor of Science degree in Construction
Management
* Fulfill 25 hours of continuing education every year.
* Own and use high-tech equipment such as a carbon monoxide
gas detectors and SureTest electrical circuit analyzer
* Generate easy-to-read inspection reports that identify areas of concern
* President of the Southeast Wisconsin Chapter of the National
Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)
* Locally owned and operated
* Licensed in the State of Wisconsin & Illinois as a certified home
inspector
* Abide by the (NACHI) code of ethics
* Performed over 6,000 inspections
* Certified to perform a variety of inspections services which saves
