DCJ Home Inspections offers a wide variety of home, condo, and commercial inspection
services.  In addition to home and commercial inspections, DCJ also offers draw and phase
inspections, pre-sale inspections, radon and mold testing, and structural building
evaluations by a registered professional engineer. Mold test cost is $150 per sample. Well
Water quality test cost is $150. Radon testing cost is $80 per container. Lead paint test cost
$125 per sample. Structural foundation evaluation cost is $149. Home or condo inspections
cost between $275 and $400, depending on the size and age of the home. Commercial
building inspections cost between .12 and .35 cents a square foot
